Lincoln Mile 2026
The Lincoln Mile is a road mile event held on July 12, 2026 at Tower Square, N 13th St and P St, Lincoln, Nebraska. The event uses age group heats run at 15 minute intervals, with the oldest age groups first and the Elite heats scheduled after the other heats.

Packet pick-up is available at The Lincoln Running Company on Saturday, July 11, and on race morning for out-of-town runners only. No race day entries are permitted.
Course details describe a flat route that starts and finishes near the Lincoln Running Company at Tower Square. The course heads north on 13th Street, turns right onto R Street, continues to Centennial Mall, runs south on the west side of Centennial Mall to O Street, crosses to the east side and returns to R Street, then back to 13th Street to the finish. The route passes local landmarks including Bert and Ernie, Standing Bear, fountains, tall grasses, and a federal building. The Lied Center area is under construction, and the start/finish has been moved to Tower Square for the next two years.
Awards are given to the top three in each age group as Lincoln Running Co gift certificates. The Elite heat awards include a first place prize of Saucony Endorphin Speed shoes and gift certificate amounts for the next three places.
