General parking at Lime Rock Park is free and event parking staff will direct vehicles. No dogs or pets are allowed on course. Headphones are discouraged for safety. Wheelchairs and disabled push strollers are welcomed; participants requiring accommodations are asked to contact the organizers. There are public restrooms at the venue and a water station at the start/finish.
If the event is canceled or postponed, the organizers will not provide refunds; in some cases the race may be converted to a virtual event and race items mailed. Any course or schedule changes will be communicated prior to the event via email, social media, and the event website. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
