Course and logistics
The USATF certified 5K course runs through the outskirts of Lima and returns to the village. Chip timing is provided by HourGlass Works and a digital display clock will mark finishes. There is a water station at the halfway mark, overall and age-group awards, and a course cutoff set at two hours after the start. Parking is available at Crossroads Church; overflow parking is at Mark Tubbs Park about 1/2 mile away - participants are asked to take care when crossing Route 15A and not to block driveways or park on lawns. Families are welcome, strollers should start at the back, and pets are not permitted. The Lima Crossroads Festival spans four days with live music, a parade, family activities, and a bed race. Participants may bring a non-perishable food item (no glass) for the Lima Food Pantry. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
