About the race
Lilly’s Lope for Hope is an annual youth suicide awareness and prevention 5K held at Philomath City Park each October. The event aims to raise awareness of youth suicide, identified as the second-leading cause of death among young people, and to create hope for the future.
Proceeds support mental health counseling and prevention education for Benton County youth. The event program includes an informational Resource Fair with partner organizations and a raffle offering four prizes valued at over $100 each; raffle winners are announced after the race. Local businesses and organizations support the event through Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsorship levels.
