Lillian's Legacy 5K 2026
The Lillian's Legacy 5K 2026 is an annual memorial running and walking event held in St. Louis, Missouri. This event marks the second edition of the race, organized to honor the memory of Lillian. Participants can choose between two primary distances hosted in the downtown area:

- 1 Mile Walk
