Event overview
The Racine Family YMCA - Lighthouse Run is an annual run and walk event held in Racine, Wisconsin. The event offers competitive and non-competitive options and includes a wheelchair division. The start and finish area is at Festival Park, 5 Fifth Street, Racine, WI 53403. Distances offered include:
- 10 Mile (actual 10.395 miles, USATF certified course)
- 4 Mile
- 2 Mile
- 2 Km / 5 Km
The 2 and 4 mile fun runs are not timed and include a finisher's medal. All participants receive a commemorative T-shirt, race bib, and a finishers medal. Commemorative items and medal availability are not guaranteed for registrations completed after June 7, 2026.
Logistics, awards and teams
Advance registration is required; same-day registration is not available. Pre-race packet pickup is available in the lobby of Festival Hall on June 17, June 18, and June 19. Race day packet pickup is located in the Lobby Area of Festival Hall Park. Awards are based on gun start and USATF rules. An awards presentation is held inside Rotary Park Grounds. Special recognitions include overall and age-category pins for top finishers, the Beacon Award for top overall teams and top overall male and female in the 4 and 10 mile divisions, and team scoring based on combined times of the first eligible runners.
