LifeSpring Pregnancy Centers 5K Race
The LifeSpring Pregnancy Centers 5K Race is an annual running event held at Yowell Meadow Park in Culpeper, Virginia. This event is organized by LifeSpring Pregnancy Centers, a Christian organization that has served women and families in the community for over 40 years. The race is open to all participants and features open registration with no cost to enter, though participants are encouraged to fundraise in support of the organization’s mission.

The course is set on a paved multi-use path within the park. Participants begin near Pavillion B on the Gardner Street side of the park and follow the Daughters of the Revolution Nature Trail. The route continues on a connector trail towards the dam at Lake Pelham before reversing course to return to the Yowell Meadow Park path. The loop concludes back at the starting area where runners cross the finish line. The course is marked with signs to assist with navigation.
This event is held in conjunction with the annual Walk for Life. Runners are welcome to stay after completing the 5 km distance to participate in the walk through town. Parking is available directly at Yowell Meadow Park, with additional space provided in the Culpeper County parking lot located across from the park on N Blue Ridge Ave. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
