LIC Wellness Fest - Hurricane Fit Race 2026
LIC Wellness Fest - Hurricane Fit Race 2026 is an outdoor obstacle race and wellness event held on August 1, 2026 in Long Island City, Queens. The course is a mystery course contained on one city block (44th Drive between Jackson Avenue and Thomson Avenue) and features 20 obstacles.
The event includes on-site fitness demos, live workouts and classes, nutritional workshops, wellness activations, massage and recovery zones, free samples and giveaways, and same-day finish line photos. Live results are published online, by text, and by email.
Registration options include an obstacle race entry and optional donations. Registration fees are non-refundable and are used toward race expenses. Participants who register at least three weeks before the event receive a personalized bib; bib number is required for pickup. Last-minute registrants who register within 24 hours may receive a bib number by text shortly after registration. Team registration is optional and may be created for group entries.
Awards are given to the top three male and top three female overall finishers. The event requires participants to agree to terms and releases that cover liability, fitness attestation, and permission for event photography and recordings.
