About the race
Let’s Run Rustico is a multi-distance running event held in North Rustico at Seawalk Park on Sunday, September 13, 2026. The organizer describes it as "Canada’s Most Scenic Race" (self-proclaimed).
The course begins at Seawalk Park and follows the wharf onto the Harbour Trail. Runners circle the Harbour Lighthouse and proceed along the Gulf Shore Parkway. The route includes a short section on the beach and, depending on the distance chosen, continues along the Gulf Shore Parkway. The half marathon (21 km) turnaround is located just past MacKenzies and MacNeills Brook Points. The 50 km ultra extends onto the Homestead Trail loop. The course is described as fast with very little elevation. All race distances return to the starting point for the finish.
