Let's Play Run/Walk 5K and 10K Trail
This event takes place on April 24, 2027 at Little Buffalo State Park in Newport, Pennsylvania and raises funds for a playground at Newport Elementary School. The day includes in-person trail events and a virtual option so participants can take part from elsewhere.

Registration details: the 5K registration opens on September 2, 2026; the 10K and virtual options open on August 1, 2026. All registrations close on April 21, 2027. The listed registration fee for each event is $25.00.
Course and event notes: the 10K trail route passes a covered bridge and a historic mill. The event is dog-friendly. An awards ceremony follows the races, with top three male and female finishers recognized in several age brackets. Live music will be provided during the event.
