Lethbridge 10k - Swindon
The Lethbridge 10k is an annual community running event of 10 km organised by volunteers from the Friends Of Lethbridge Primary School to raise money for the school. The race is held on a Wednesday evening in early June each year; the 2026 edition is scheduled for Wednesday 10th June. The course starts and finishes in Old Town, Swindon, and runs through the south Swindon countryside.
The route uses a mixture of footpaths, trails and roads, with the majority of the distance on the old Railway Line path that runs from Old Town towards West Swindon. All finishers receive a medal and may choose either a technical t-shirt or to have a tree planted. Prizes are awarded across multiple categories, including overall first three men and women and age-group first places for specified ranges. The event is supported by several local businesses, listed by the organisers as Richard James Estate Agents, South West Mortgages, Francis George Solicitors, Run Swindon, Deacons Jewellers and Croft Sports Centre.
