The Leprechaun-a-thon is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2026, in Rome, GA (30161). It is the 10th annual edition and is presented by Atrium Health Floyd. A portion of funds raised will support Northwest Georgia Hunger Ministries. The event is listed as rain or shine.

Course and locations
Both the run and the walk start on First Avenue near Bridgepoint Plaza (1 Bridgepoint Plaza) and finish on the pedestrian bridge by the Forum and the Town Green. The courses include portions of the Kingfisher Trail and the levee system behind Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation headquarters.
Registration, packet pickup and timing
Early bird registration pricing ends February 1. Regular registration closes March 8; late registration is available in person thereafter. Packet pickup is held the week before the race at Academy Sports + Outdoors, 232 Shorter Ave., with group packet pickup at Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation’s office, 1 Shorter Ave. Professional RFID chip timing will be provided by Wire2Wire Running LLC; results will be posted by that timing provider.
Support and awards
There will be one water station on course and post-race drinks, fruit and snacks at the Town Green. Awards are given to top finishers by age group and to overall, masters and grandmasters in male and female divisions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
