Western Coastal Running Festival 2026
The Western Coastal Running Festival takes place in Semaphore South on the coastal bike and walk path. The event uses an AIMS measured flat 10.55 km loop course with the start and finish positioned near the middle of the loop so participants are never more than approximately 5 km from the aid station. The official start location is opposite South Terrace, Semaphore.

- 21.1 km half marathon
- 30 km
Every runner or walker receives a race bib and a finisher medal for each distance. Check-in and bib allocation are completed on race day and bibs are not mailed. Registration normally closes at noon three days before the event unless an extension is applied; entries made during a registration extension may receive a generic finisher medal instead of the engraved event medal.
A virtual run option is available for all events. Virtual entries must be completed on the event day at a location chosen by the participant, recorded with elapsed or total time, and submitted for inclusion in published online results. Part proceeds from the event support the Australian Cancer Research Foundation. Further event details are sent to registered participants in an event email.
