Event details
The Inflatable 5k Obstacle Course will take place at Harewood House, Harewood, Leeds (LS17 9LG) on Saturday 20 June 2026. The venue uses a 2.5 km lap that repeats around the course. Distances offered are:
- 2.5 km
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 15 km
Each lap contains 15 inflatable obstacles, giving totals of 15, 30, 60 and 90 obstacles for the 2.5 km, 5 km, 10 km and 15 km options respectively. The course includes multiple named inflatables such as Start Mountain, The Crawler, Holy Moly, The Vortex and others. Water is provided at a station midway along the route.
Participation and logistics
Adults are classed as 16+; children are 5 to 15 years old and must be accompanied by paying participating adults at a maximum ratio of three children per adult. Spectators may watch from designated areas only and must not access the marked course or obstacles. Dogs are not permitted at the event.
Parking at the venue is charged at £5 per car. Bag drop is available for £3 per bag; bags should be gym duffle size or smaller and will be searched for safety. Toilets and food and drink vendors are provided on site. Recommended kit includes sensible running shoes, a long sleeve top and a rain jacket if needed; sharp jewellery or sharp objects are not permitted.
Pricing, discounts and charities
Tiered ticket pricing is provided for adult and child entries. Group discounts include family tickets (2 adults and 2 children), extra 10% off for groups of 5+ and extra 15% off for groups of 15+. A charity discount is available and St Gemma’s Hospice is listed as Charity of the Year; Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust and Maggie’s Yorkshire are named charity partners.
