Event overview
The Leeds Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 10 May 2026 and starts at AMT Headingley Stadium. Entrants must be 17 years or older on race day. Included for participants are chip timing, a finisher's goody bag and an exclusive medal, with an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt and an iTAB. An Event Village will host partner charities and food and drink outlets. Official results will be published on the event website after the race.
On-the-day services and logistics
Water stations on course will supply 330 ml bottles and recycling bins will be provided at each station. High5 energy stations offering Zero tabs and energy gels are available on course. A designated Baggage Store is provided; participants should attach the tear-off strip from their race number to their bag before check-in. Pacers with flags sponsored by Arla Protein will be on the course. Toilets are located around the stadium and a first aid unit and recovery area will be near the start and finish, with fixed first aid stations near water stations and roaming first aiders on the course. Official race photography will be taken by MarathonPhotos and available to purchase. Bone-conducting headphones are permitted, with a request to keep volume low. Cycle racks are available inside Headingley Stadium for ticket holders; bus, rail and bike are listed travel options and park & ride or city centre transport tickets will be offered closer to the event.
