Leeds Half Marathon
The Leeds Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 10 May 2026 with the start line at AMT Headingley Stadium. The event is a mass participation half marathon that attracts thousands of runners and raises hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity each year.
Crowds line the route and provide strong support for runners. The organiser provides water stations on course with 330 ml bottles, as well as Applied Nutrition isotonic drinks and energy gels. Recycling bins are available at each water station and across the event site to support sustainability.
Entrants must be 17 years or over on event day. The entry package includes chip timing, a finisher's goody bag and an exclusive medal, with an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt and an engraved iTAB. Chip-timed pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will be on course with flags indicating target finish times.
On event day there is an Event Village offering food and drink for purchase, a Race Office and a baggage store; discarded clothing left at the start is collected and donated unless checked into baggage. First aid stations are positioned near water points, with a first aid unit and recovery area near the start and finish and roaming first aiders in the Event Village.
