Tadcaster 10 2026
Tadcaster 10 is a ten mile road race held on 22 November 2026 in Tadcaster, Yorkshire. The event uses fully closed roads and an accurately measured course and is UKA approved. The route makes a loop around Tadcaster centre before heading east through the villages of Catterton, Healaugh and Wighill.
The course is one lap on road with an undulating profile and includes a drink station around the five mile mark offering a mixture of paper cups and plastic bottles, with an effort to phase out single use plastic. Race headquarters is at The Barn, St Joseph Street, Tadcaster LS24 9HA and the race start is outside Race HQ. Most public car parks are within a five minute walk of Race HQ.
Facilities listed for the event include water, distance markers, toilets and baggage storage. There are no changing facilities or showers. The event is stated as suitable for wheelchairs. Entry limit is 1200. Entry fees listed are £20 for affiliated runners and £22 for unaffiliated runners; entry on the day may be available for an additional £3 if the race has not sold out.
Finishers receive custom Tadcaster 10 medals and some treats. Cash prizes are offered for male and female age groups and for anyone breaking the course records. Course records are 50:04 for men 2022 and 56:14 for women 2023. Deferrals and refunds are subject to an administration fee and transfers are not allowed after 31 October 2026.
