3rd Lee Lions Club Memorial Day 5K
The event is the third annual Memorial Day 5K organized by the Lee Lions Club on Monday, May 25, 2026, at Lee High School in Lee, Massachusetts. The event benefits Berkshire Veterans Outreach. Registration involves an online processing fee and the published fee schedule lists $30 until 5/25 and $35 for day of registration. No refunds or deferments are permitted.
Participants receive technical race shirts, course support, and post race refreshments. Prizes will be awarded to the overall top three male and female finishers and to top finishers in the age categories 0-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus. Raffles are part of the awards program and winners must be present at the awards ceremony to receive raffle prizes.
The course area will have restrooms and port-a-potties and a water station at the start and finish. Dogs and other pets are not allowed for safety reasons. The event discourages the use of headphones because they can limit awareness of course marshals, bicycles, pedestrians, and traffic. Wheelchairs and disabled push strollers are welcomed; participants who need accommodations are asked to notify the organizers in advance.
If the event is canceled or postponed due to weather, pandemic, or other forces beyond the organizers control, the race may be converted to a virtual event and participants will be mailed a full race goodie bag.
