The Lee Foster Memorial 5 Mile commemorates its 42nd anniversary as a tribute race. The event takes place in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, starting at 33 Lafayette Street. The course is designed as an out-and-back route and is noted for being conducive to achieving personal records.
