Event Overview
The Leave a Legacy 1K, 5K & 10K Run/Walk is a running event offering multiple distances. It takes place at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi.
Distances
Participants can choose from three distances:
- 1K Fun Run (sometimes listed as a Kids Run/Walk for ages 6 and under)
- 5K Run/Walk (with separate categories for Students K-12 and Adults)
- 10K Run/Walk
Registration
Registration fees vary by distance and time period. There is a shirt order deadline in mid-January. There are late registration and packet pickup opportunities in the days before the event at Agape Ranch, as well as on race day itself. Fees increase by $10 per race on race day.
Awards
Awards are presented for the 5K and 10K events. For the 5K, awards go to the top three males and top three females in each age-group category. For the 10K, awards are given to the top three males and top three females overall. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
