The 25th Annual Leatherneck Run takes place on November 7, 2026 in Woodway, TX. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K Run
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
The main site is the First Woodway Baptist Church at 101 Ritchie Road, Woodway, TX 76712. Early packet pick up is scheduled for Friday, November 6, 2026 at Putters Waco, 320 S. 2nd St., Waco, TX. Registration prices listed for the events are $30 for the 5K and $20 for the 1 Mile.
Logistics, course and awards
The race begins at the main entrance to the First Woodway Baptist Church and follows neighborhood streets adjacent to the church. Parking is available on the west side of the main entrance. On race day there will be packet pick up and an opening ceremony prior to the run.
All finishers receive a finisher medal. Awards include 1st overall male and female and top three in age groups: 12 & under, 13-18, 19-23, 24-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75 & older. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrants who sign up by October 22, 2026; after that date sizes are provided on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies last. New unwrapped Toys for Tots donations are accepted at early packet pick up and on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
