Le Sentier de l'Espoir - Rigaud 2026
Le Sentier de l'Espoir in Rigaud is a trail running event held at Parc Municipal De Rigaud, on the Sentiers de l’Escapade, a mature forest with views over Vaudreuil-Soulanges. The event raises funds for the Fondation de l'Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal; more than $25,000 was raised across the last four editions.
The event offers multiple distances to suit different types of trail running:
- 1 km : playful introduction for young children to forest running
- 6 km : short, sustained route to test speed on trails
- 10 km : accessible distance combining effort and solidarity
- 20 km : rolling course serving as an entry to longer distances
- 30 km : endurance event for experienced participants
Registration includes an exclusive Quebec-made medal, four aid stations, a numbered bib and free timing for every distance. The event takes place in person.
