Laurel Highlands Ultra - Fall Classic
The Laurel Highlands Ultra - Fall Classic is a point to point ultramarathon on the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, taking place on September 26, 2026. The event is organized by Redpoint Productions and benefits the Pennsylvania Parks and Forest Foundation.

- 50 Mile Relay for five person teams
The course begins near Mile Marker 46 at the Rt 30 trailhead and follows the LHHT south to Mile 0 in Ohiopyle. About 46 miles are on the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail with more than 7,500 feet of ascent and about 8,500 feet of descent. The finish is in Ohiopyle near Falls City Pub.
Aid stations and services are provided on course with 6 to 7 stations planned, each located at trailhead parking lots and staffed. Stations will be fully stocked with standard items and will include vegan and gluten free options; racers must reach aid stations for checkins and timing.
Relay legs range from 4 to 14 miles. Relay exchange locations are to be determined; relay runners should plan their own transport to exchanges. Pacers may join individual racers only at Mile 39 and must continue to the finish. Parking is at designated trailhead lots and a pre race shuttle from the finish lot to the start is available for a fee. Entry prices are listed within the event offers.
