About the race
Last Mile takes place on December 27, 2026 at Lake Crabtree County Park in Morrisville, NC (main park address: 1400 Aviation Parkway). The venue is subject to change if required by local officials. A note from organizers states that proposed construction in the park could require race distance changes if projects begin before 2027.

- 6 Mile
- 4 Mile
- 2 Mile
In-person offerings also include a Kids in Strollers option (open to ages 4 and under) and an Exhibitor category. Virtual 6 Mile, Virtual 4 Mile, and Virtual 2 Mile options are available.
