Don't Die in the Chair Last Man Standing is a Last One Standing style event presented by Three of Seven Project in Rome, GA. The format follows a backyard ultra concept with a progressive time reduction: each loop is 4.167 miles, and runners have one less minute to complete each successive loop than the previous one (for example, Loop 1 - 1 hour cutoff; Loop 2 - 59 minute cutoff; Loop 3 - 58 minute cutoff). Logistics and facilities

There is one aid station at the start/finish of the course stocked with water and snacks. Local food trucks will be present, and participants are encouraged to bring their own food and water because the venue is a considerable drive from town. Camping is available on site.
