Last Alarm 5k
The Last Alarm 5k is scheduled for September 26, 2026 in Wilmington, Delaware, with Abessinio Stadium listed as the event venue. The course starts and finishes at Abessinio Stadium and includes a loop around the Brandywine River.

Registration categories and fees are published for general entrants, students, military and first responders, youth (17 and under), a Silent Hero option for those who cannot attend, and multiple sponsor levels. Day-of-event pricing applies for some categories. Registered participants receive a tee shirt and post-race refreshments; an ice cream truck is noted among amenities.
Timing and results use chip timing through the MYLAPS BibTag Timing System with live posting during the race and full results posted after the event. Photos will be posted on the event organizer’s Races2Run Facebook page.
Awards include overall male and female winners, overall masters male and female (age 40 and over), top three male and female in 10-year age groups from 13 and under through 80 and over, top male and female race walkers, and an award for the team with the most participants. A brief awards ceremony is planned for overall finishers and team awards; many age category awards and walker awards are available for pick up at the help desk.
No dogs are allowed due to insurance liability and bibs are non-transferable. The event benefits the Delaware Fallen Heroes Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
