Last Alarm 5k
Last Alarm 5k takes place on September 26, 2026 in Wilmington, DE and benefits the Delaware Fallen Heroes Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization.
The event is held at Abessinio Stadium, 1 St. Rocco Way, Wilmington, DE 19802. The course starts and finishes at Abessinio Stadium and follows a loop around the Brandywine.

Registration categories include standard 5K, a discounted category for students, military, and youth 17 and under, a Silent Hero option for remote participants, and multiple sponsor levels. No dogs are allowed due to insurance liability and bibs are non-transferable.
Amenities listed for registered participants include event tee shirts and post-race refreshments, with an ice cream truck noted among refreshments. Chip timing will be used with the MYLAPS BibTag system and results will be posted online during and after the event. Event photos will be posted on the Races2Run Facebook page following the race.
Awards include overall male and female winners, overall masters male and female (over age 40), top three male and female in ten-year age groups from 13 and under through 80 and over, top male and female race walkers, and an award for the team with the most participants.
