Las Vegas Marathon
The Las Vegas Marathon returns on January 10, 2027 with an all-new course on the Strip. The organizer describes it as the city-signature road running event for the City of Las Vegas. The race starts and finishes at the STRAT, Las Vegas' tallest building, and routes runners along notable locations including the Las Vegas Strip, Fremont Street, and Springs Preserve.
The event offers three distances:
- Marathon 26.2 miles
- Half marathon 13.1 miles
- 702 Race 7.02 miles, reflecting the local area code

The Launch Team is named as the official nonprofit partner and provides half marathon training programs. As part of that partnership, The Launch Team offers a free half marathon race entry to youth 18 and under, and provides participating youth with a shirt, a free pair of running shoes, and a fully supported half marathon training program led by RRCA certified coaches.
