Larchmont R.A.T. Race
The Larchmont Elementary School PTA presents the 44th Annual R.A.T. "Run At Twilight" Race on Friday, September 25, 2026 at Larchmont Elementary School, 1145 Bolling Ave., Norfolk, VA 23508. The community event includes a family-focused program with a 1K family fun run and pre- and post-race celebrations.
Registration is open to runners and walkers of all ages. Registration for the 1K fun run includes a race bib, an official race shirt, and a race "medal." There are awards for the top three male and top three female finishers. The published registration cost for the 1K fun run is $25 for registrations completed by September 11, 2026 and $30 for registrations on or after that date.
Packet pick-up is available the day before the event at the school bus loop and on race day at the same location. Race shirts feature artwork inspired by a Larchmont Elementary student design and will be available for purchase at packet pick-up and on event day; a pre-order option is noted as forthcoming.
Local businesses and community organizations may participate through event sponsorship. All proceeds from the event benefit the Larchmont Elementary School PTA and support school programs, resources, and opportunities for students. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
