Lap the Lake Race Series
The Lap the Lake Race Series is an annual running event held in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. The event features scenic views as the courses navigate around both Lake Saint Louis and Lake Saint Louise. The routes are characterized by the presence of hills along the lakeside landscape.
Participants can choose from three different race distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10-Mile
- 5k
The event utilizes chip timing provided by Start 2 Finish, with timing chips affixed to all athlete bib numbers. A course time limit is in place, as all participants will be pulled from the course after 3 hours and 15 minutes.
Registered runners receive a race t-shirt and a finisher medal. On-course and post-race refreshments are provided to all participants. Awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in each of the three race distances.
Registration remains open until early September or until the field reaches capacity, and there is no registration available on the day of the race. Proceeds from the series are used to fund community events for members and the general public. The race starts and finishes at the Lake Saint Louis Community Association.
