Event Details

The 18th annual Lakeview 5K is a community event on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Participants can choose from several options, including an in-person 5K and a Stroll & Roll around the lake. A virtual 5K option is also available.

The in-person events start and finish in front of Lakeview School in Roosevelt Park, Edison, New Jersey. The course is a USATF-sanctioned route that winds through the park's scenic roads.

Participation

Participants registered for the in-person events can receive a commemorative t-shirt if they pre-register by May 27. A finish-line reception with refreshments, a live DJ, and an awards ceremony are planned. The event is held rain or shine, and proceeds benefit the New Jersey Institute for Disabilities, supporting infants, children, and adults across the state.
