Lakeland Paws Whinlatter Tails: Seat How

Website Registration

Lakeland Paws Whinlatter Tails: Seat How is a scenic running event held in the Lake District, featuring two fully marked trail routes of 8K and 5K. The longer 8K course includes a challenging 360m ascent to the summit of Seat How, while the 5K route offers a gentler option with 240m of climbing, suitable for beginners. The event takes place on a mix of forest roads and trails, with some narrow and steep sections on the original Seat How route, requiring dogs to be run on suitable harnesses and limiting one dog per runner.

Chip timing and GPX files are provided, and runners may participate with or without dogs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
