Location and Course
The event starts at Veteran's Memorial Park in Chaumont, New York. The park is located at 12200 NYS Route 12E. The course proceeds to Point Salubrious.
The 12K is a loop along the Lake Ontario shoreline. The course offers views of Guffin Bay, Sawmill Bay, Chaumont Bay, and Cherry Island.
Distances and Events
The event features three distances:
- 5K (out-and-back course)
- 12K (loop course)
- 1.5 Mile Walk (out-and-back, not timed)
All timed events use a road course.
Awards and Proceeds
Prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers overall in both the 5K and 12K races. Age group awards are also given. The event proceeds benefit Lyme Parks and Recreation.
Registration and Facilities
Registration is online only; no paper or cash is accepted. Restroom facilities are available on-site, but there are no showers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
