The Lake Monona 20K & 5K Presented by SSM Health takes place in Monona, WI on May 2, 2026. The event page lists the 20K entry at $45 and the 5K and Pet 5K entries at $30. Participants receive a unisex race T-shirt, a finisher medal, finisher food, and free digital race photos from Focal Flame Photography. Participants 21 and older are eligible for two free beers courtesy of 3 Sheeps Brewing; non-alcoholic beverages are available. Free participant tracking is offered through RaceJoy. A post-race celebration at Winnequah Park features live music by Frank Martin Busch and the Names, food trucks, vendors, lawn games, and beer and food available for purchase by the public.
