Lake Houston BridgeFest 2026

Lake Houston BridgeFest takes place on March 28, 2026, in Kingwood, TX. The event began as a celebration of the Lake Houston Parkway bridge and has supported the local community for 35 years. Net proceeds benefit the Lake Houston Family YMCA and the Rotary Club of the Lake Houston Area. The event includes a family festival and pre-race run/walks that are adaptive-friendly. Both the 5K and 1-mile races will be chip-timed for 2026. Each participant in the 5K or 1-mile receives a custom bib, a finisher medal, and a BridgeFest race shirt.

Packet pickup is at the Lake Houston Family YMCA, 2420 W Lake Houston Parkway, Kingwood, TX, on Wednesday through Friday, March 25-27. There is no race day packet pickup. Race day includes a 1-mile fun run, a 5K, awards, and the family festival. Awards for the 5K include male and female overall, masters (40+), grand masters (60+), and top three in age groups from 10 & under up to 70+. The 1-mile awards include male and female overall and male and female 10 and under. Volunteers are welcome. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
