Lace 'em + Race 'em is a running event taking place in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The event is part of a five-race series held throughout 2026, which utilizes the same course for each installment to allow participants to track their speed and endurance improvements over time. The course is located at 661 County Rd F E and is designed to provide a fast and scenic route for all participants.

All participants receive medals at every race in the series. The event features individual winners and a cash grand prize for the male and female athletes who demonstrate the most improved times across the series. To qualify for the grand prize, runners must complete at least three out of the five races, including the series finale.
Registration is open to various age groups, and children under 18 may participate at no cost when accompanied by a registered adult. On-site amenities include music and post-race snacks.
