Course and logistics
Courses are lap-based on a paved, urban run/bike trail that is flat and largely shaded. Marathon/half laps are approximately 2.2 miles; the marathon is twelve of those laps and the half is six. The 5K/10K lap is about 1.55 miles; the 5K is two laps and the 10K is four. The 50K is fourteen marathon laps plus two small laps at the end. Each lap includes two street crossings and clearly marked turnarounds; rubber bands will be available for lap counting.
The start/finish is at a small pavilion where drop bags may be left. The aid station at start/finish provides water, Gatorade, soda, sweet and salty snacks, and ice; the event is cupless, so participants must bring their own hydration device. Marathon, 50K, and half marathon runners are advised to carry a light for early hours. Bathrooms are a short walk from the start/finish and are passed on each lap. Parking is available at Cady Way Park with overflow nearby. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
