Labor Day Donut Dash 5k and Munchkin Run
The event takes place on Monday, September 7, 2026 at Cumming City Center, 423 Canton Rd, Cumming, GA 30040. It offers in-person and virtual options and includes fundraising for the Higher Journey.
Event options include:
- 5K chip timed race
- 1K Munchkin Run for children 10 and under
- Virtual 5K option for remote participants
In-person registration includes a T-shirt, a finisher medal, and one donut at the finish line for participants who attend in person. Virtual participants receive a virtual packet and are not eligible for race awards.
Awards for the in-person 5K include overall male and female, masters overall male and female (40+), and top three in each 5K age group. Packet pickup is at Big Peach Running Co. - Cumming (5485 Bethelview Rd, Suite 430) on September 4, 5, and 6 from 12pm - 5:00 PM; there is no packet pickup on race morning. Virtual packets will ship after September 10 if not picked up in person, and unclaimed items will be donated after the event.
The event is scheduled to take place rain or shine. Race officials reserve the right to delay, cancel, or alter the event for unsafe conditions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
