Haunted Heroes 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon : Long Beach
A Better World Running stages the Haunted Heroes race on October 3, 2026, at the Long Beach Shoreline Path near 5400 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA. The course is an open, marked route on the beach path with out and back loops; participants should be courteous to pedestrians, runners, and cyclists.
An aid station is located at the turnaround near the start and finish and supplies water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and energy gels. The event uses repeated loops for each distance so the route is simple to follow.
Distances offered:
- 5k out and back
- 10k two 5k loops
- 15k three 5k loops
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops
