La Grande Foulée
La Grande Foulée is a street running event in St-Leonard, New Brunswick, established in 2026 and organized by eighth grade students from École Grande-Rivière. The stated purpose is to encourage physical activity and well-being while bringing the community together.
The main course is an out-and-back of 5 km on rue Principale toward Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska, with a turnaround on CN road. The course is not certified. A Strava route is provided as an additional document.

Registration is online only; race day registration is not available. Fees are listed in Canadian dollars: 1 km for 10.00 CAD; 5 km for 15.00 CAD for ages 19 and under; 5 km for 20.00 CAD for older age categories. The regular registration deadline is May 22, 2026 at 11:59 pm Atlantic Time. All fees are non-refundable.
The event is included in a Youth Series associated with RunNB. The race is presented as a school-led community event with students involved in organization and delivery of the courses. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
