Event Overview

The Norris Insurance Kokomo 5K is part of a series of RRCA-sanctioned events. It takes place at Jackson Morrow Park in Kokomo, Indiana.

Distances

A 5K run and walk.
A "not-quite-a-mile" Fun Run.

Entry Fees and Awards

The entry fee for the 5K run and walk is $8.00 in advance and $10.00 on race day. The fee for the Fun Run is $1.00. All participants receive a T-shirt, except for Fun Run entrants. The Amboy race in the series provides gloves to participants.

Trophies are awarded to the top overall male and female finisher in the 5K run, as well as to the top three finishers in multiple age groups, including 14 & Under, 15-18, and groups up to 70 & over. A heavyweight division for runners over 185 lbs. is also recognized. Trophies are also given to the top three overall male and female walkers, and to the top overall male and female finisher of the Fun Run.
