About the race
The Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon is scheduled for April 10 and April 11, 2027 in Knoxville, Tennessee. The event center is at Clinch Ave and World's Fair Park Dr and it includes multiple in-person race distances and parallel virtual options.

- Marathon: 26.2 Miles
- Half Marathon: 13.1 Miles
- 4-Person Relay: 26.2 Miles
- 5K: 3.1 Miles
- Covenant Health Kids Run: 1 Mile
- Marathon Virtual Option: 26.2 Miles
- Half Marathon Virtual Option: 13.1 Miles
- 5K Virtual Option: 3.1 Miles
- Kids Run Virtual Option: 1 Mile
- Relay Virtual Option: 6.55 Miles
- Knox Hills Challenge: Saturday 5K and Sunday Marathon
- Marble City Challenge: Saturday 5K and Sunday Half Marathon
Both challenge entries include an extra challenge medal and a swag item. The Knox Hills Challenge is limited to 150 entries; the Marble City Challenge is limited to 300 entries.
Registration opens May 31, 2026 and closes July 31, 2026. Virtual participants receive a t-shirt, a medal, and a goody bag, and may submit their time online to a separate results page from live in-person competitors. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
