Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon weekend in Knoxville, TN, April 11 - April 12, 2026
The event is a multi-race weekend held at Clinch Ave and World's Fair Park Dr in Knoxville, Tennessee. It features several live race options plus corresponding virtual options, and includes a separate start wave for wheelchair and handcycle participants.

Two combined challenge options are offered across the weekend. The Knox Hills Challenge pairs the Saturday 5K with the Sunday marathon. The Marble City Challenge pairs the Saturday 5K with the Sunday half marathon. Both challenges include an extra medal and a swag item for finishers.
Virtual Option participants receive a t-shirt, a medal, and a goody bag. Virtual finishers can submit their times to a separate results page distinct from in-person competitors.
