Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon weekend

The Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon weekend is scheduled for April 11-12, 2026 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Race activities are centered at Clinch Avenue and World's Fair Park Drive, Knoxville, TN 37902. The event offers both in-person and virtual participation options for the listed distances.

The weekend program includes the following event formats:

Virtual options are available for the marathon, half marathon, 5K, kids run, and relay. Virtual participants receive a t-shirt, medal, and goody bag and may submit a time on a separate results page.
Two multi-race challenges are offered: the Knox Hills Challenge (Saturday 5K and Sunday marathon) and the Marble City Challenge (Saturday 5K and Sunday half marathon). Both challenges include an extra medal and a swag item for finishers.
The Covenant Health Kids Run also includes a Feb 7 Zoo Kickoff Run.
Reported age eligibility ranges: Marathon and Knox Hills Challenge open to ages 18-99; Half Marathon and Marble City Challenge open to ages 12-99; 4-person relay open to ages 10-99.
