Knock On Wood Trail Run/Hike
Knock On Wood is a trail event held at Camp Spearhead within Pleasant Ridge County Park in Marietta, South Carolina. The event offers two distances and uses a 10K loop course with approximately 650 feet of rolling elevation per lap. Most of the loop is shaded and marked with directional arrows.
The event supports Camp Spearhead, a facility that serves children and adults with disabilities and provides activities such as horseback riding and crafts. Donations from the event go to Camp Spearhead.

There is one aid station at the main shelter each loop. Aid station supplies include pickles, cookies, chips, candy, fig newtons, pretzels, water, Coke, and ginger ale. The event is cup-less; participants are expected to use their own hydration vessel. Awards are planned for top finishers and age-group recognitions. The first 100 participants receive custom race socks.
Registration opens on September 1, 2026 and closes on February 1, 2027. Fees listed are $45.00 for the half marathon and $40.00 for the 10K.
