Knights Dash 5K - Scott, LA (October 3, 2026)
Knights Dash 5K is a community road running event and fundraiser for Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School in Scott, Louisiana. The event offers in-person and virtual options and begins and finishes at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church at 1110 Old Spanish Trail. Following the runs, activities continue on school grounds at 1301 Old Spanish Trail for the Festival of Knights, which includes a black pot cook off, vendor fair, carnival games, fun jumps, and a petting zoo. Registration for the in-person 5K and 1 mile fun run includes an entry wristband to the festival; the virtual entry does not include a festival wristband or a free T-shirt.

Registration opens July 1, 2026 and closes October 1, 2026. Fees vary by category: 5K adults (13+) $40, 5K children (12 and under) $35; 1 mile adults (13+) $30, 1 mile children (12 and under) $25; virtual runner $20. Register by August 28, 2026 to receive a free T-shirt. Packet pickup is scheduled at Sts. Peter and Paul School (1301 Old Spanish Trail) on October 2, 2026.
Race awards include overall male and female winners for the 5K and 1 mile categories, age-group awards for the 5K (first through third in each age group), and age-group ranges beginning with 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, continuing through 70+.
