Kiwimbi 10K, 5K and 45 Minute Walk at Duke Island Park
Kiwimbi holds a community running and walking event at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The program includes multiple race and participation options and raises funds for Kiwimbi International. Attendees are invited to bring family and friends to the park setting.

The course is paved and flat and offers ample tree shade. Water stations are located along the route. The 10k and 5k are USATF sanctioned and timed and are included in a Grand Prix series. A medal ceremony follows once results are tabulated.
Prizes are awarded to the top three male and female overall finishers. First place male and female awards are presented in these age groups: 15 & Under; 16-19; 20s; 30s; 40s; 50s; 60s; 70s; 80s; 90+. The event features Kenyan food options and Kenyan pop music through the morning. Volunteers can receive proof of service hours. The event is held rain or shine and proceeds benefit Kiwimbi International.
