Killearn 10k Trail Race 2026
The Killearn 10k Trail Race is a community-run event affiliated with Scottish Athletics and run under UKA rules, licence pending. The race is scheduled for 6 June 2026 and is listed as sold out with a total of 298 places.
The course starts and finishes in Killearn Public Park and follows the same scenic route as 2025: through the village, along the historic pipe track, skirting the foothills of Dumgoyne, and returning via Ibert Road. The surface is a mix of tarmac, forest paths, farm tracks, and open grassland, with approximately 310 ft of elevation.
Entries include a technical Killearn 10k t-shirt or vest, selected at sign-up; there are no size or style swaps on race day. Race numbers are posted to the registered address. The organiser operates a no refund and no deferral policy. Official bib transfers to another runner are allowed up to 31 March 2026 via Entry Central. The finish line closes after 1 hour 30 minutes. Prize giving takes place in the park at 12:30pm.
Race rules require entrants to be 17 or older on race day, to be medically fit to run, and to comply with the published risk assessment. Unofficial bib swapping is not permitted.
