Christmas Cracker 2026
Christmas Cracker is a festive running event held at Palacerigg Country Park and organised by North Lanarkshire Council. The programme includes multiple distances for different ages and abilities.

The 5k is open to participants over the age of 12. Registration packs are provided to entrants and must be collected on the day at the registration area. Each pack contains a race number, a timing chip, a festive T shirt, and either a Santa hat or antlers.
On completion of a race participants receive refreshments including fruit, water, and cereal bars, together with a festive finisher medal. Participants are encouraged to wear festive dress and accessories supplied in the pack if they wish to join the seasonal atmosphere. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
