About the race
Killarney Fitness Simulations is an affiliate-run HYROX simulation event held at Killarney Racecourse. The event presents simulation races that showcase the scenic surroundings of the racecourse and runs multiple race categories across youth and adult divisions. The programme includes doubles and individual formats for males, females, and mixed teams, plus specific HYROX 500 races and youth "Youngstars" categories for ages 8-9, 10-11, 12-13 and 14-15. For youth categories, entries are separated by the stated age groups.
Organisers sell tickets where one ticket represents one doubles team. Kids categories are restricted to same-sex pairs; male doubles and female doubles only, with no mixed pairs permitted for those categories.
