Kicking PancreAS™ 5K : London, ON (November 22, 2025)

Kicking PancreAS™ is an evening 5K run/walk taking place in London, Ontario at Springbank Drive / Springbank Gardens on November 22, 2025. The event, formerly called Light up the Lake, is presented as a run/walk for a broad range of participants and the race route will be open for 90 minutes.
