Event overview
The Keuka Outlet Trail Half Marathon & 10K takes place in Penn Yan, NY on July 18, 2026. The event includes the following distance options:

- Virtual Half Marathon

The race is presented by Willow Running USA. Registration is limited to 400 total participants. A post-race party will be held at the Moose Lodge with music and food for participants.
Course and logistics
Both the half marathon and the 10K use out-and-back courses that begin in Penn Yan and head east toward Dresden, NY before returning to Penn Yan. The courses follow the Minnesetah River on the Keuka Outlet Trail, a wooded corridor that runs about 7 miles between Penn Yan and Dresden. Trail surfaces include pavement, gravel, and grass. The route passes waterfalls and remnants of abandoned mill sites from the outlet’s industrial history. The trail is maintained by the Friends of the Outlet, Inc.
Packet pickup is available at local locations in Rochester and Penn Yan and at the race start/finish area at the Keuka Outlet Trail. Maps for the 2025 course layouts are available through the listed course links.
Awards
Both distances will award overall male and female and overall masters male and female. Age-group awards are planned; the 10K age groups start at 0-14 and the half marathon age groups start at 0-19, with multiple age brackets through 70+.
