Kent Christmas Cracker
The Kent Christmas Cracker takes place on 20 December 2026 at Betteshanger Park, Sandwich Road, Deal, Kent. The event is organised within Betteshanger Country Park on tarmac surfaces and uses traffic free park roads.
The main 5 Mile race is run as two full clockwise laps on a flat course. Additional events on the same day are listed below.
- 5 Mile: Two full clockwise laps
- 2 Mile fun run: One big loop
- Junior run: 1k out and back
Race headquarters will be located on the tarmac cycle circuit. There is ample parking at the race HQ but a charge applies for the car park. The closest railway stations are Deal and Sandwich; further travel by taxi or bicycle is required from those stations. Detailed route maps and GPX files are available for download.
This event raises funds for Shelter. Shelter provides support for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and campaigns on housing issues.
Included with entry are a bespoke medal, free photographs, and trophies and prizes for leading runners. On the day entry fees, subject to availability, are published for each event category. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
