Nice Work Race Management stages the Kent Christmas Cracker on 21 December 2025 at Betteshanger Park, Sandwich Road, Deal CT14 0BF. The event features the following distances:
- 5 Mile
- 2 Mile Fun Run
- Junior Run (1 km)
Entry on the day is subject to availability. On-the-day fees listed are: 5 Mile £25, Fun Run £9, Junior Run £7. Registered entrants receive event information before race day.
Course and logistics
The course is traffic-free within Betteshanger Country Park and is described as flat and tarmac. The 5 Mile consists of two full clockwise laps. The 2 Mile fun run is one large loop. The junior run is a 1 km out-and-back route. Race headquarters is located on the tarmac cycle circuit. Detailed route maps, including GPX files, are available for download.
There is parking at race HQ; a parking charge applies. The park is just off the A258 about 2 miles from Deal and within 10 miles of the A2 at Whitfield. The main entrance is off the roundabout at Sholden on the A258. A rear gate is a 15 minute walk from Southwall Road, Deal. The nearest railway stations are Deal and Sandwich; a taxi or bicycle is required from the stations. The event includes a bespoke medal, free photographs, and trophies and prizes for leading runners.
