The Kennet & Avon Canal 145 Mile Race (KACR) is a challenging non-stop ultra running event held in the UK, covering 145 miles from Little Venice, London, to Bristol. The route follows easy-to-navigate canal, river, and railway towpaths, including the Grand Union Canal, Jubilee River, River Thames, Kennet & Avon Canal, and River Avon paths. Runners experience scenic English countryside and notable landmarks like the Caen Hill flight of 29 locks.
